A quick trip to Madrid..

The last few months have been so busy, so I decided it was time for a little break! Obviously I won't be able to escape some blogging, I mean I am going to Madrid.. surrounded by lush tapas and traditional food, I won't be able to help myself!

I love tapas and Spanish cuisine so I am rather excited and of course to be reunited with my friends, enjoying Cerveza y Vino!!

This week I have been enjoying my British veg, grown from the garden:

And yes beetroot is amazing, I love my allotment goodies but hello a Mediterranean diet is so tasty too!!

Here's to the many glasses of tinto I will be enjoying and the traditional tapas dishes!
