the rhubarb secret ...

I have been waiting a few weeks for another batch of rhubarb to be ready.. literally it has been growing in abundance for weeks, but being used up in a rather standard way.. no inventiveness at all. So I was waiting for more to make a rhubarb cordial, however I have changed my mind!😂 any ideas?? If you know me you may guess what it will involve🙄 

Later this week I will be starting to prep the rhubarb.. just wait and see what the end result will be!😀😉
