Homemade tipples you say?

A more recent venture going on at Leewoods to use up surplus fruit is alcohol!

Everyone loves a cheeky tipple, and one you've made yourself has to taste better right? Gin and Vodka are the latest ventures within the last few years.. damsons grow in abundance in our orchard and normally just get left, so my mum and I decided to get bottling! Cordial of course is another option but alcohol is a fav in our house;-) This year I want to try out new flavours maybe elderflower or gooseberry?
